Shipping Tracking
We will notify you of the logistics status and tracking number by email after delivery. You can also check the tracking number on 17track.

Change shipping address
Before the goods are dispatched, you can contact us to change the delivery address, but after the goods are dispatched, the harvesting address cannot be changed.

How do I deal with customs duty?
4PX or EUB has a great advantage in managing customs clearance, and it normally results no additional customs duty. That's also why we can offer competitive prices.
If there payment for customs clearance or VAT，it will need to addressed by the customer.
